Workshop FAQs
These workshops are for individuals who are turning 65 or are nearing their initial Medicare enrollment period. The objective is to provide a clear understanding of Medicare options, simplifying the process of enrolling and choosing the right plan for your needs. If you are already enrolled in Medicare, these workshops might not be directly tailored to your needs. However, if you find certain aspects of your current Medicare plan confusing, if you're considering changing plans or are looking for a plan that suits your needs, you are more than welcome to attend.
These workshops are purely educational. While Statz Agency may extend an offer to participants for a follow-up consultation where Medicare plans may be discussed, the primary objective of the workshop is to provide attendees with the most recent and up to date information about Medicare.
This educational workshop will provide you with an understanding of Medicare's different parts: A, B, C, and D. We will help you navigate what Original Medicare typically covers, and we will talk about the broader variety of Medicare plan types available, without discussing the specific benefits of individual plans. We will also cover changes in costs and penalties that could affect you in the current year and answer frequently asked questions about Medicare prescription costs and coverage. If you're interested in the benefits of specific plans, you'll need to review each plan's details individually or book a direct consultation with us. Our ultimate goal is to equip you with the necessary knowledge to navigate Medicare effectively and make informed decisions about your healthcare in retirement.
